1. Early morning breakfast was available (always delicious) and gave us flexibility to leave early on our daily sojourns. 2. Liked the option to not have daily room cleaning. 3. Room security (using room card in the lift) was good. 4. We met Manuela, who works in the bar and restaurant, She's very friendly and really enhanced our visit. 5. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Staff helped us get a taxi, that was super nice!

Breakfast was really very good. Above the standard you get at hotels. I thought, without exception, that the staff were exceptional, very friendly and informative. View from room was fab, over the marina and castle and the bed and pillows were as comfortable as I've experienced in a hotel. Pool was lovely, as was steam room and sauna.

The breakfast was good but a little much of the same when it comes to Irish hotels. The food in the bar was very good and we ate there a few nights. Our room was great, they upgraded us to a family room which has a large king bed and two singles in a separate area.

What a delightful surprise with my room! Large bright comfy room , overlooking the river. The pillows were extremely comfortable. Everything laid on to make my stay relaxing and refreshing. The energy in my room eas so good, I had unbroken sleep for 5 hours. Onsite Complementary Parking.

Great experience on checking in. I was alone in my room and found I had an interconnecting room. I wasn't comfortable with this and asked a lovely lady at reception to see if there was an alternative room Although they were fully booked, she did manage to change my room so that I was only a couple of doors away from my friends. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant which is really well situated looking out at the new bridge and water. The lady welcoming us at the breakfast was also particularly lovely and went out of her way to be helpful.

Very good when I approached the reception to complain about the noise and heat inthe room Lauren was so helpful she listened and dealt with the problem straight away she moved us to another room she is fantastic and her job and can relate to customers so well thank you again Lauren she is such an assert to the hotel a real proffesional at her job 😀
