Last time we stayed here the outdoor space was amazing the big comfy chairs and umbrellas the deck area was beautiful. but because the was a function on both days part of the deck area was blocked off so we ended up sitting on becnchs no umbrellas so sitting in the sun no shade pity really. The room we got was river view but on the inside corner of the hotel room 119 but unfortunately the room beside us which had full time residents was so close we had to keep the curtains closed. Rooms we’re okay bit dark could do with a freshing up. second day we stayed out of the hotel due to the function. Breakfast nice except for the undone sausages both mornings overall though it was okay

The breakfast was a disappointment..I had never been before and no staff explained that you had to queue for everything. You tea coffee toast cuttlery ketchep ect.. I was back up and down from my seat 6 times before I could sit down and eat. I found that annoying. I cook every day at home I would have liked and did expect that that my coffee would at least be served to me and cutlery on the table. Nothing was explained and other customers were helping each other as to where things were. In terms of food. The scrambled eggs were runny and off putting. The breakfast experience would discourage me from staying again. Or else I would stay and not get the breakfast.

proximity to shopping and river walks clean and very quiet at night Er had a friendly welcome but even though we were at least half an hour early, we had to wait over an hour before our room was ready. we were upgraded to a junior suite though and given a complimentary drink do that was great. the swimming pool was lovely and clean and we had it to ourselves for at least 45 mins before a family land two couples joined us. the steam room and sauna were clean and well kept.

The staff were so friendly and professional. The food was delicious and all my special dietary needs were met with no problem. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We attended a concert here and the venue was well spaced out & set up. A very special mention to Manuela in the bar..an absolute gem. She went out of her way for us and is an asset to the hotel. An absolute lady and so good at her job. Thank you

I loved virtually everything. Friendly, efficient, professional, immacutely attired staff at every level in every department. General decor ultra modern but comfortable, both interior and patio area. Rooms perfect. Food absolutely beautiful and value for money. At every opportunity the staff went the extra mile. It made a huge impact on our stay. Real value for money.
